Support with a hearing by the employer
Has your employer unexpectedly confronted you at short notice with accusations that you need to respond to? There is a lot at stake, from unnecessary self-incrimination under criminal law to dismissal. We bring light into the darkness and guide you through this challenging situation:
- We explain how you should behave as a witness in a compliance investigation.
- We discuss whether you can remain silent, whether you can take a lawyer with you and whether you should testify at all.
- We check whether there is a suspicion of dismissal? Am I allowed to remain silent? Can I take a lawyer with me?
- We prepare you intensively for the hearing. Depending on the situation, we will accompany you to the hearing.
