Main areas of advice
- In addition to providing ongoing employment law advice to employers, my focus is on advising on complex reorganizations and restructurings, particularly in medium-sized companies. I assist with corporate reorganizations and frequently associated transfers of undertakings. I also provide support in the operational implementation of these measures through to litigation. Advice on other issues and negotiations in the area of co-determination form a further focus of my work.
- I have particular industry experience in the automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, packaging and retail sectors.
Professional background
- I joined the firm as a partner in 2024. Prior to that, I worked in the Munich team of KLIEMT.Arbeitsrecht since 2020.
- I have been a specialist lawyer for employment law since 2023 and also completed an internal secondment in Düsseldorf.
- Between my studies and starting my career, I worked as a research assistant at the University of Passau.
- I gained several months of experience abroad both during my legal clerkship with a station in Santa Barbara and previously at the University of Aix-Marseille, where I spent a year abroad during my studies at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.

- In recent years, I have received several awards, including “Lawyers of the Future” in employment law in the Best Lawyers ranking in cooperation with Handelsblatt
