Main areas of advice
- I primarily advise medium-sized clients as well as German subsidiaries of foreign groups on employment law.
- In addition, I advise executives and managing directors on the initiation and termination of employment/service relationships. A further focus is advising on maternity protection/parental leave discrimination and the gender pay gap.
- I have particular industry experience, especially in the automotive industry, IT, food industry, personnel consulting and recruitment (including Employer of Record).
Professional background
- Before joining the firm as a partner, I worked as a lawyer since 2015 and since 2019 as a specialist lawyer for employment law in the “Employment & Pensions” team of the international law firm Noerr LLP in Munich.
- Before becoming a lawyer, I gained several months of experience abroad, including during my legal clerkship at Szekely & Associates in Sydney.
- I completed my studies at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and worked as a research assistant at the Center for Labor Relations and Employment Law.
Awards and honors
- In recent years, I have received several awards, including TOP Lawyer for Employment Law 2024 and 2022 in the WirtschaftsWoche ranking and “Germany’s Best Lawyers” in employment law in the Best Lawyers ranking in cooperation with Handelsblatt
